Our instructors have all completed recognized comprehensive certifications and continue to increase their knowledge of the Pilates method through ongoing workshops and conferences. While our main focus is the classical work of Joseph Pilates, we also incorporate ground breaking techniques to give you an intriguing and ambitious workout each visit. Need a little more cardio? Absolute Pilates also offers Balanced Body Barre Classes, a body changing workout that will tone your glutes, thighs and abs! This dynamic class combines elements of dance with low impact, intense, cardiovascular exercises. You will look and feel like a million bucks! We are also honored to be a Host Site for Balanced Body Barre Trainings!
